We have designed various utilities for companies running e-commerce and Sage Line 50. A couple of years ago I set this up for a major community website who are still using the same system today. The system creates either email or paper invoices, statements and reminder letters and links directly to the standard aged debtor reports in Sage.
This is compatible with Sage versions 10 onwards.

Basic invoice import utility

You download two csv files from your website, one of new customer and one of new orders, these are then manually imported as full product invoices into Sage Line 50.

Advanced order processing utility

Scans your email inbox for new order confirmations sent from your e-commerce software/website and creates a new sales order automatically.
The system can also create a new customer record and any missing stock codes in Sage, and will even produce a purchase order if you do back to back ordering.
