Sage Instant Accounts is aimed at businesses with simple
invoicing and credit not requirements that require basic debtors
and creditors reports. Has full audit trail, VAT Return module,
P & L reports, bank account reconciliation. This is a great
accounting program for a small business and is very easy to upgrade
later. You can not customise reports and layouts within the program
and you are restricted to a single user.

version.

Accountant
Plus
Sage Line 50 Accountant plus has all the features of Line
50 Accountant but with greater sophisticated invoice and stock management.
Features include; bill of materials, multiple customer price lists,
Quotations and Pro-forma invoicing, multiple delivery addresses,
and departmental transactional profit and loss. Accountant Plus
now also has Credit control, Project Costing and Excel Integrated
Reporting.

| Financial
Controller
The financial controller version of Sage Line 50 has all
of the above features but includes order taking facilities, purchase
order control and foreign trading. It also has advanced stock control
where the system will calculate the shortfall of a particular product
bases on invoices, sales orders and purchase orders. It will then
order the products required to replenish stock based on minimum
order quantities. You can also run accounts for multiple companies
and then run a consolidation.
