of Sage Line 50
Most people will agree that Sage Line 50 is a very robust
accounting program, but many under-estimate the stock control
and order processing capabilities; we have installed over 200
Sage systems for many completely different sectors and have tailored
the software to facilitate many features that even Sage are not
aware of, without requiring extra add-on software. The advantage
to the user is that you don’t have any extra software costs
and training is easier in-house. If your requirement is not possible
within Sage Line 50 then we have a portfolio of Sage Authorised
Developer solutions and can also develop bespoke utilities if
required.

Multi-location
stock control & serial number tracking.
We have worked with a few clients that have a serial number
or multi location stock control issues, but do not want to buy add-on
software or migrate to Sage MMS or Line 100 just yet. Depending
on your exact requirements we may have a solution for you without
the need for further software. |

Barcode
printing and scanning
We have setup various bar coding solutions for Sage Line
50 over the last few years, including EAN 13 and Code 3 of 9 for
internal use. Our system allows you to print barcode labels without
closing the Sage program. |

We have a selection of utilities that import either manually
or automatically from your current e-commerce system. Please see

Employment
Agency system
Our employment system for Sage Line 50 takes initial bookings,
allows you to confirm hours from time sheets and then automatically
creates invoices to clients. If you are using Sage Payroll it also
has a facility to update the timesheets in Payroll as well! Each
employee can have different pay and charge rates and the system
produces various reports relating to bookings and gross profit. |

Customer
Relationship Management
If you only have one or two contacts per customer site,
Sage can be used as a CRM system, we can show you how. If however
you have more than two contacts per site and you have sophisticated
marketing requirements then we have an excellent CRM tool which
not only allows you to mail shot your database based on previous
purchases, but also based on previous mail shot campaigns. For example,
contact all the people you did or didn’t contact last time
based on whether they did or didn’t react positively. The
system also has automatic email filing linking to Outlook and unlimited
contacts per customer, each contact can have different mailing flags
